Most leadership training is built around frameworks, models, and content. The assumption is that if managers learn the right ideas, they'll apply them.
Your managers already know they should hold better 1:1s. They already know recognition matters. They already know their people want to grow. The reason it doesn't show up on Tuesday isn't a knowledge gap.
It's an attention gap.
Nobody decides to stop leading well. They just stop noticing they're not.
This is what every leadership program a sophisticated buyer has paid for is missing. Information without a mechanism for repetition doesn't change behavior. That's not an opinion, it's how habits work.
Behavior change requires four things, and most programs only deliver one of them:
Programs are good at #1. They give managers frameworks and tools. They're rarely built for the other three. Which is why the binder ends up on the shelf and the behavior doesn't change.
This is what makes Nine Minutes on Monday different.

The cohort runs for six weeks. James leads each session live. Managers learn the framework, but more importantly, they practice the ritual every Monday and report back on the next call.
Each week, the ritual gets a little easier. By week three, most managers are running it without thinking. By week six, they have it.
The information is delivered. The steps are small enough to fit inside a Monday morning. The repetition runs for the full window the brain needs to start a habit. The accountability comes from the cohort and from James.
That's the four-part formula, applied weekly.
When managers leave the program, they're not leaving with notes. They're leaving with a rhythm.

Nine Minutes on Monday is divided into a 6-week journey, each week covering the essential elements that you need to know in order to increase staff engagement.
In this session, you’ll learn the real mechanics behind what drives people to care, try, and stay committed—and how to turn motivation back on without begging, pushing, or bribing. You’ll walk away with nine powerful engagement drivers you can use immediately to create momentum, buy-in, and energy on your team.
In this session, you’ll learn how to build real trust that holds up under pressure, and the simple coaching methods that develop your people without turning every conversation into a time-consuming performance review. If you want a team that grows, owns their work, and stops relying on you for everything… this is where it starts.
This session gives you a clean, practical system for recognition that actually drives performance, feedback that lands without defensiveness, and accountability that doesn’t damage the relationship. If you’ve ever avoided hard conversations—or had them blow up—this will change how you lead immediately.
In this session, you’ll learn how to connect everyday tasks to meaning in a way that feels real (not cheesy), and how to use autonomy as a leadership tool that increases ownership instead of chaos. The outcome is powerful: people stop waiting to be managed and start taking initiative because they actually want to.
In this session, you’ll learn how to create an environment where people speak up, share ideas, admit mistakes early, and bring problems to the surface before they become expensive. Psychological safety isn’t soft—it’s the foundation of high performance, innovation, and a team that can actually handle pressure.
In this final session, you’ll create a Leadership North Star: the standards you lead by, the culture you’re building, and the kind of leader your team can count on consistently. This becomes your anchor when things get chaotic, your filter for decisions, and your roadmap for becoming the leader your organization needs next.

Who is this best for?
Front-line managers, supervisors, and mid-level managers — the leaders who shape the daily experience of most of your employees. New managers benefit because the ritual gives them a template. Experienced managers benefit because it pulls them out of habits they didn't realize they'd fallen into.
Can we send a whole team or department through this?
You can. If you're sending five or more managers, the private cohort ($25,000 flat) is usually a better fit — it's customized to your company and includes the same six weeks of live coaching with James. The public cohort is designed for HR leaders who want to test the framework with one or two managers first, or for companies sending a small number into a peer environment. How is this different from the workshop?
The workshop is a single live session — fast exposure to the framework. The cohort is six weeks of practice, repetition, and coaching. The workshop is what you do if you want managers introduced to the ideas. The cohort is what you do if you want behavior to change.
What if I'm a single manager paying out of pocket?
You're welcome in the cohort. Most participants are sponsored by their organization. Some come on their own. The $997 covers everything listed above.
When does the next cohort start?
May 20th. Registration closes when the cohort fills.
Six weeks. Nine minutes a Monday. One small commitment at a time.
