An Overview of The 6-Week Journey

Nine Minutes on Monday is divided into a 6-week journey, each week covering the essential elements that you need to know in order to increase staff engagement.

Week 1 — The Science of Motivation and the Nine Engagement Drivers

In this session, you’ll learn the real mechanics behind what drives people to care, try, and stay committed—and how to turn motivation back on without begging, pushing, or bribing. You’ll walk away with nine powerful engagement drivers you can use immediately to create momentum, buy-in, and energy on your team.

Week 2 — Build Trust, and Coaching Methods to Grow Your Staff

In this session, you’ll learn how to build real trust that holds up under pressure, and the simple coaching methods that develop your people without turning every conversation into a time-consuming performance review. If you want a team that grows, owns their work, and stops relying on you for everything… this is where it starts.

Week 3 — Producing Results Through Recognition, Performance Feedback, and Accountability

This session gives you a clean, practical system for recognition that actually drives performance, feedback that lands without defensiveness, and accountability that doesn’t damage the relationship. Who is this best for?

Can we send a whole team or department through this?

You can. If you're sending five or more managers, the private cohort ($25,000 flat) is usually a better fit — it's customized to your company and includes the same six weeks of live coaching with James.
